Thanks to the support of the many members of the motorcycle community who have told their mates about Third Gear we are now expanding and looking for a full time customer service guru to help grow the business.

Basic job requirements are as follows:

• passion for customer service and general knowlege about motorbikes
• above average computer skills
• analytical mind with ability to think outside of the box and find answers on your own

Main duties:

• pack/process orders
• customer service support via phone
• blogging/social media/newsletters
• product photography
• import stock and research new products to bring to the market
• plus heaps more....

What we will give you:

• a ground floor education on how to run/build an online business  
• starting salary of $35K per year plus super 
• a fun work environment!

No experience required as we are more than happy to train the right applicant.
