Two wires - black is neutral and yellow is power.  Connect to a standard 12V power supply on your bike and you're good to go!

Don't forget to grab a set of resistors on your way out - the standard flash rate when using LED's on most bikes will be really fast and you need to slow it down to be within road rules.
